Well, it has been a busy 2023 and start to 2024.
At the end of 2022, I became the managing member of my law firm, Fuller & Semerad, LLC. So, 2023 was a year of navigating a new role with greater responsibilities while finishing up some complex and important work and taking on new challenges too. All the while, my wife became pregnant again and just last week we welcomed a beautiful, happy, and healthy baby girl into our lives.
That said, I am ready and eager to get back to posting more frequently here about the new cases and laws affecting regular people’s lives here in the Equality State. So, stay tuned as we look forward to:
-the US Supreme Court weighing in on “bump stocks” and ATF’s shifting position on whether they are “machineguns.”
-the 10th Circuit weighing in on the “corner crossing” dispute
-the Teton County District Court and the Supreme Court of Wyoming deciding whether Wyoming’s abortion bans unlawfully interfere with private healthcare choices
And much much more.
